    President and Chief Executive Officer

    President and Chief Executive Officer since June, 2009. Prior thereto the President of the Evaluation, Drilling & Intervention Division of Weatherford International Ltd., an international oilfield services company from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. King served in an executive management position at Precision Drilling Ltd. as Senior Vice President in charge of Precision’s Energy Services division.

  • Peter Balkwill

    Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

    Chartered Accountant; currently Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since March 1, 2010. Prior to BlackWatch, Mr. Balkwill worked for three years with a private international drilling company focused in Mexico and Latin America, first as Vice President Operations Finance and thereafter as Vice President Finance. Prior to the private international drilling company, Mr. Balkwill spent seven years with Precision Drilling Corporation, first as Controller for Precision Drilling International and then as Group Controller – Eastern Hemisphere for Precision Energy Services; and prior to that, 11 years with Schlumberger in various capacities based in Canada, United States and the Mediterranean.

  • Marwan Bitar

    Senior Vice President, Middle East and North Africa

    Currently Vice President, Middle East and North Africa since March 3, 2010. Prior to BlackWatch, Mr. Bitar worked for a private business focused in the Middle East and North African. Prior to the private business Mr. Bitar worked for Weatherford International: Evaluation Drilling & Intervention Division as a Vice president Business Management, Middle East & North Africa from 2005 to 2006. Prior to Weatherford Mr. Bitar worked for four years with Precision Energy Services as a Director and Vice President of operations for MENA.

  • David Mears

    Senior Vice President, Brazil

    Currently Seinor Vice President, Brazil. Prior to Calmena, Mr. Mears is the Past Founder, Chairman & CEO of Brazalta Resources Corp and BCH Energy Services Ltd. Both BrazAlta and BCH Energy Services were established in Brazil in 2005 and 2006 respectively to focus on the On-Shore E&P and Oilfield services industries in Brazil.
